USING MYAQAR

Terms of Use

1. Accounts and authorized access

Use MYAQAR only if you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization or property owner, you must have authority to act for them. Keep your account information accurate, protect your sign-in credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Workspace owners control invitations, access codes and assigned roles. Share a code only with its intended recipient. Team members may use only the records and actions authorized by their role and the owner's active plan. Owners should review access regularly and disable or remove members who no longer need it. Do not share passwords or attempt to bypass permissions.

2. Property management service

MYAQAR helps organize properties, units, tenants, leases, rent records, expenses, maintenance, documents, calendar events and reports. You are responsible for checking entered information, calculations and exports before relying on them. MYAQAR does not provide legal, tax, accounting or investment advice and does not replace your obligations as a landlord or property manager.

Recording a rent payment is a bookkeeping action, not a transfer of money or proof that funds have cleared. Reminders and notifications are convenience tools, not formal legal notices or a guarantee of delivery. Calling or opening a message composer does not confirm that a call or message was sent.

3. Plans, property limits and team seats

Limits count property records, not individual units. Archived properties do not count toward the active-property limit; restoring one requires an available slot. The owner is not an additional team seat. Access depends on the current verified subscription and assigned role, not merely selecting a paid plan during signup.

If a subscription ends or is downgraded, existing property records are not deleted solely because of that change. Creating or restoring properties above the new limit is blocked, and paid-only features or team access may become unavailable. Owners retain access to their existing workspace records. On Pro, only one eligible additional member has shared access; on Basic, shared access is unavailable.

4. Prices, payment and automatic renewal

Qatar subscription prices are Pro QAR 79 per month or QAR 790 per year, and Business QAR 199 per month or QAR 1,990 per year. The store purchase confirmation shows the applicable currency, total price, billing period and any tax before you confirm. Prices may differ by store country. Your rent-display currency setting does not change subscription charges.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the selected monthly or yearly period unless you cancel before the next renewal. Google Play handles Android billing and payment authorization; RevenueCat helps verify subscription access. Basic has no subscription charge. No free trial is promised unless it is explicitly displayed in the store purchase confirmation.

If a renewal payment fails, the store may retry billing and provide a grace period. Paid access continues only while a verified entitlement remains active. If it expires or enters account hold without active access, paid features are suspended. Correct your payment method through the store. Access can return after the store verifies a successful payment.

5. Cancellation, changes, refunds and restore

Cancel an Android subscription in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or use Manage subscription in MYAQAR. Uninstalling the app, signing out or requesting account deletion does not itself cancel store billing. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues until the verified paid-through date, unless a refund or revocation ends access earlier.

The store confirmation determines when an upgrade, downgrade or billing-period change takes effect and any charge or credit. An upgrade may take effect immediately; a downgrade or period change may be scheduled for the next renewal. Pending purchases do not unlock paid access until confirmed. Restore purchases uses the original store account and MYAQAR account; it does not automatically transfer a subscription to a different MYAQAR account.

Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. Refund requests are handled under the relevant store rules and applicable law. For Google Play purchases, use Google Play's refund process. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory refund, cancellation or consumer right.

6. Your records, files and tenant information

You retain your rights in the records and files you provide. You authorize MYAQAR and its service providers to store, process and display them as needed to operate the service, synchronize your workspace and carry out your authorized actions, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Enter or upload only information you are entitled to use, with the notices and permissions required by applicable law. Take particular care with tenant identification documents, contact information and financial records. Check recipients before exporting reports, sharing files or sending reminders. Keep independent copies of important records; an archive is not a backup or deletion request.

7. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, fraudulent records, malicious files or unsolicited messages. Do not access another workspace without authorization, disrupt the service, circumvent subscription or security controls, or copy and distribute MYAQAR branding or software without permission except where applicable law allows it. Your access is a limited right to use the service, not ownership of its software or branding.

8. Availability and third-party services

The app relies on internet connectivity, compatible devices, Firebase, RevenueCat, app stores and communication services. Outages, maintenance, device restrictions or delayed store updates can affect availability and synchronization. MYAQAR does not promise uninterrupted service or guaranteed message delivery. Third-party services have their own terms; MYAQAR does not control their billing decisions or availability.

9. Restrictions, account closure and deletion

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect accounts or the service, comply with law, address misuse, or enforce subscription and role limits. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain a restriction and provide a way to contact support. Team members can lose shared access when the owner removes it or the applicable plan no longer permits it.

For account closure or deletion requests, contact info@myaqar.com from your account email. Verification may be required. Archiving, uninstalling or cancelling billing does not delete cloud records. Retention, shared/exported copies and provider records are described in the Privacy Policy. Cancel any store subscription separately to stop future billing.

10. Responsibility and mandatory rights

Each party is responsible for its obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or waives mandatory consumer, privacy or other rights, including applicable rights in Qatar. Any dispute is subject to the law and competent authority that legally apply; these terms do not require you to waive access to a regulator or court available under mandatory law.

11. Changes to the terms or plans

Material changes will be communicated through the app, website or another appropriate channel before they apply where notice is required. Store price changes follow the store's notice and consent procedures and applicable law. New terms do not retrospectively remove mandatory rights. If you do not wish to continue a paid subscription after a notified change, cancel through the store before renewal.

12. Contact

For questions about these terms, subscriptions or your account, contact Myaqar at info@myaqar.com or visit Contact Us. Include your account email and a description of the issue, but do not send passwords, payment card details or unnecessary tenant documents.
